نبذة عن المؤتمر

يأتي المؤتمر الأول للجودة والتميز المؤسسي في إطار جهود المملكة لتحقيق أهداف رؤية التحول الوطني 2030، والتي تركز على تعزيز الكفاءة المؤسسية، ورفع معايير الجودة، وتمكين قطاعات متعددة من الإسهام الفاعل في بناء مستقبل مستدام ومزدهر. ويشهد المؤتمر حضورًا واسعًا من ممثلي الجهات الحكومية، والمؤسسات غير الربحية، والقطاع الخاص، بما يعكس الشراكة بين هذه القطاعات لدعم رحلة التحول وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي، مع مشاركة أكثر من ألف زائر ضمن الجلسات الحوارية التي تستعرض أبرز ممارسات الجودة والابتكار المؤسسي. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيحتوي المؤتمر على معرض مصاحب بتقنيات رقمية ، يُبرز من خلاله أحدث الابتكارات والمشاريع المتعلقة بالجودة والتميز المؤسسي، ويتيح للزوار تجربة تفاعلية غنية تواكب التطورات الرقمية الحديثة.

Dr. Shadi Al-Moziny
is the Associate Medical Director at the Council of Health Insurance and a consultant physician in emergency medicine and healthcare simulation.

He completed a fellowship in healthcare simulation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston. With over 16 years of clinical experience as an emergency physician and more than 10 years as a healthcare simulation consultant, Dr. Almoziny leads CHI's medical necessity standards and primary care initiatives.

Dr. Mohammed Aseeri
Dr. Aseeri is currently the director of pharmaceutical care services at King Abdul Aziz Medical city in Jeddah and associate professor at the college of medicine at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for health Sciences.

He obtained his bachelor's degree in pharmacy in 2000 from King Saud University and pharmacy doctor degree from North Dakota States University, USA in 2006. He completed a residency training in 2007 from Wesley medical center and a fellowship in safe medication management at Institute for Safe medication practices (ISMP) in 2012. Dr. Aseeri is the medication management specialty team leader at Saudi Central board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).

Prof. Badrah Alghamdi
is a Professor in Neuroscience at King Abdulaziz University, with over 15 years of experience.

She holds a PhD from the University of Leicester and currently serves as the head of Research Affairs at King Fahd Medical Research Center, In her role, she leads initiatives in neurodegenerative disorder research. Designation

Ms.Maram Baksh
is an expert Policy Analyst and Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in healthcare quality management, policy implementation, risk management, quality audits, and strategic planning.

She is The General Director of quality and patient safety at MOH, KSA,. In her role, she excels in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across healthcare programs.

Ms. Naseem Almulla
is a Saudi Arabian healthcare leader with 20 years of experience.

Naseem holds a BSC in Health Promotion, an MSc in Medical Education, and a Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management, as well as CPHQ designation. She holds Planetree Fellowship in PCC, CPXP certification, and has been trained by Press Ganey in Patient Experience Leadership and Service Excellence. Currently, she is working in the Council of Health Insurance as a Director of Service Excellence. Naseem is a passionate expert and speaker on Patient Experience, human-centric service design, and service excellence.

Advisor. Azzam Zaqzouq
is an expert Project Management Strategist with over 20 years in consulting, training, and strategic advisory.

A certified PMP, he has advised on PMOs and best practices across multiple industries, from technical to petrochemical and education. Dr. Zaqzouq is recognized for his innovation, including the development of more than 10 original Project Management models.

Dr.AbdulLateef Al-Okaifi
is a distinguished healthcare expert with a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Master’s in Health and Hospital Administration.

He currently serves as the Director General of Organizational Excellence at the Ministry of Health, leveraging over 20 years of extensive experience in quality management and healthcare leadership. Passionate about fostering development, he has significantly contributed to various national and international health initiatives.

Dr. Abdulrahman Al Qahtani
is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Transformation and Vice President of Transformation at HHC.

He holds a Master of Science in Leadership (Health Management) from Northeastern University, Boston, and has completed advanced leadership programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College. With 18 years of experience, Dr. Al Qahtani specializes in driving health system transformation.

Dr. Prof. Humoud Al-Qashan
is a leading Kuwaiti academic in family and marital relations counseling, currently a Head of Kuwait Cultural Office- Jordan.

Wit h a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, he brings over 30 years of expertise in family therapy, adolescent counseling, and social research. Dr. Qashan has contributed to numerous conferences and continues to advance innovative approaches to family and social work.

Dr. Manhal AL Dakhlallah
is a corporate strategy and organizational capacity-building expert with over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership and management.

Currently serving in interim international director roles across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, he holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics and Translation Studies from SOAS University of London, along with certifications in Quality and Performance Management, HR, and Learning Development. Dr. Manhal specializes in strategic planning, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development.

Malek Issa
is a GPhC-accredited independent prescribing clinician with a Master’s degree with honours from the University of Brighton and advanced studies at the master’s level from the Universities of Greenwich and Hertfordshire.

Currently working with NHS PCN Enfield in London, Malek is also the Founder and CEO of ProMediVerse, a healthcare recruitment and consultancy agency collaborating with the NHS to connect skilled professionals with NHS and private providers across the UK. With over six years of experience, he specialises in NHS policy development, transforming government-funded clinics into private sector models, and operational optimisation, with a focus on sustainable growth and digital innovation.

Mr.Yasser Dakhel Al Shallahi
is an accomplished expert in strategic planning and quality management with over 15 years of experience across various sectors.

He currently serves as the (ETQAN) Program director at Ministry of health, Institutional Excellence Director at Alrass General Hospital, where he leads initiatives to enhance healthcare quality. Yasser holds a master's in health and Hospital Management and numerous international certifications.
